Welcome to ONTOXICATED ("Ontoxicated", "we", "us", or "our"). Ontoxicated provides a private, curated social and cultural sanctuary platform exclusively for verified adults (18+). By accessing our website, applying for vetting, purchasing salon passes, or attending any Ontoxicated event, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Eligibility & Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to apply for membership or purchase access passes. By registering or submitting a vetting application, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Proof of identity and age is required prior to venue code issuance.
2. Curated Access & Vetting Rights
Membership and salon entry are privileges, not rights. Ontoxicated reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to accept, decline, suspend, or revoke any application or ticket purchase without prior notice if a member or applicant fails to align with our community standards or consent protocols.
3. Salon Passes, Pricing & Payment Compliance
All prices listed on Ontoxicated are in local currency (USD / EUR / INR as applicable) and include applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Billing Descriptor: Payments processed on your card or bank statement will appear under the descriptor
ONTOXICATED SANCTUARYorONTOXICATED CLUB. - Payment Processing: Transactions are securely processed through PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateways (including Credit/Debit Cards, Netbanking, UPI, and Digital Wallets). Ontoxicated does not store raw credit card credentials on its servers.
- Non-Transferability: Salon passes and QR access credentials are tied exclusively to the verified member and cannot be resold or transferred to unvetted third parties.
4. Code of Conduct & Sanctuary Rules
Every attendee must strictly abide by our Sanctuary Code of Conduct during overnight gatherings:
- Continuous Explicit Consent: Any non-consensual behavior result in immediate ejection by security and permanent ban.
- Strict No-Camera Policy: Photography, videography, audio recording, and live streaming are strictly prohibited. Devices must be checked or sealed upon entrance.
- Privacy Guarantee: Guests agree never to disclose the identity, attendance, or personal details of any other guest.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ontoxicated, its officers, hosts, venue owners, and operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from event attendance, venue usage, or website access.
